A title in the "organizational development / political science & government" category which was conceptually fairly simple but risked appearing too much like a textbook. The roughs below gave the author a choice of tone, and although she chose the most sombre of three treatments, shots of bright orange kept it lively. The format (size) changed just prior to printing, and the final design was adjusted to fit, shown above.
